Shades and Sailor shorts

I think sailor shorts are very cute for the summer season, as they remind me a lot of the character Jess Day on one of my favourite shows, New Girl. The high waist also makes them more modest without making them any less cute, and bright colours like the aqua are perfect for summer.  I paired them with the striped top because the short crop is more modest when paired with the shorts and the black and white stripes go well with bright colours.
